Furthermore current legislation requires long-term archiving for various fiscal documents (e.g. electronic invoices, fiscal declarations and other documents originated and signed in electronic format). InfoCert offers to the Financial Services Industry tools for the online sale of financial products through an end-to-end paperless process.

Up until recently, the sale of financial products online (e.g. opening a checking account) required the printing of paper documents in order to sign and send them by regular mail or fax.

Certified Trust solutions included in the TOP - Trusted Onboarding Platform are able to dematerialize any process related to the signing and exchanging of legal documents required for the online sale of financial products.

InfoCert Trusted Onboarding Platform enables your organization to dematerialize the end-to-end process related to the acquisition of a new customer, from his/her identification up until the contract signature.

Trust solutions and Web identification services included in the Trusted Onboarding Platform have been approved by AgID (Agency for Digital Italy) and are compliant with the requirements issued by the Data Protection Authority.

For customers who do have bank accounts, thanks to specific identification methods authorised by AgID, it is possible to issue qualified digital signature certificates based on identification for anti-money laundering purposes.

InfoCert offers SecureDrive, an encrypted cloud platform on which it's possible to store documents and guarantee their privacy (the use of asymmetric key algorithms guarantees the data secrecy not only from external users but also from InfoCert own employees, that have no mean to access data stored in SecureDrive).

SecureDrive enables businesses to provide their employees with a safe repository where:

The Webank paperless project has been an interesting experience, and a challenge due to the scope of the project itself and the many issues that had to be covered in depth. The focus of the project has always been placed on ensuring the regulatory compliance of the solution and usability for the customer, more so than on the technological solution in the strict sense. This is thanks to a highly analytical approach to banking processes from the very start, aimed at the Bank and CA's joint development of the business requirements, compliance and safety of the solution and joint verification of the developed processes.

The paperless project for Deutsche Bank was one of the first projects of widespread adoption of a remote digital signature system in Italy, and certainly the first to involve a qualified certificate enrollment process completely pull and paperless. The success of the project is undoubtedly due to the quality and professionalism of those who took part, but this would not have been possible without the precise and skilful organisation of the activities carried out by the project leader.

Findomestic

Findomestic has introduced a digital signature to speed up the loan application process and to simplify access to credit for customers. It is the first case in Italy for consumer credit operators. The main benefit of Findomestic's project is the improvement of the web sales channel, which has now become a much more powerful channel able to turn the prospect into a customer with a signed contract, all in a single session. The adoption of digital signatures has also allowed Findomestic to offer all its customers the possibility, after initial contact, to finalise the sale of other products, opening upselling processes that can potentially be used in all channels of access to credit, and not only on the web.

Paperless is gradually become a commonplace in the business agenda of SEC Servizi, starting from the need for shareholder banks and customers to fulfil legal obligations using digital signature and PECtools. As part of its project, Sec Services reviewed the operational processes concerning the storage of documentation. Originally, the documentation was boxed and stored at the bank. Before sending the documentation for storage, further processing and analysis was required.
